NR 602 week 7 iHuman (22 y/o vaginal itching )

22-year-old woman who arrives at the clinic with a five-day history of vaginal itching and a minimal amount of thick, white, odorless discharge. She first noticed these symptoms after using a new bath bomb her husband bought, which was different from her usual bath products. The persistent itching and discharge have been both bothersome and embarrassing for her. She attempted to treat the symptoms with over-the-counter miconazole, but this provided no relief. W.C. denies any pain, blood, or difficulty with urination. Her menstrual cycles are normal, with her last period starting three weeks ago. She is in a monogamous relationship with her husband and does not use condoms. Her most recent Pap smear and STD tests, performed two years ago, were negative. She has not experienced fever, fatigue, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, or chest pain.
