Evan Tyson iHuman (65 y/o nocturia & Fatigue)
A 65-year-old retired obese male with a history of elevated blood pressure and benign prostatic hypertrophy presents to the clinic reporting fatigue, unintentional weight gain, increased urination during the day and night (polyuria and nocturia), excessive hunger (polyphagia), increased thirst (polydipsia), and blurry vision. He denies symptoms such as snoring, numbness, or tingling. On physical examination, his blood pressure is elevated, with otherwise normal vital signs. Notable findings include central obesity and a large neck circumference. There are no observed changes in prostate size, sensory function, overall body habitus, or facial features.
