NR 577 Week 6 iHuman (ADHD)

Patient is a 17-year-old female who has been experiencing fatigue and low energy for the past two months, accompanied by irritability and weight gain. These symptoms have negatively impacted her school performance and led to reduced participation in her usual activities. Over the past month, she has been crying almost daily. On examination, she has a high BMI, appears tearful, and shows signs of acne, striae, and acanthosis nigricans. She denies any current suicidal thoughts.
